Welcome to Whatsential (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://whatsential.com, mobile/desktop apps, APIs, and services (“Platform” or “Services”).
By accessing or using Whatsential, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
To use Whatsential, you must:

Be legally able to enter into contracts
Use our services only for lawful business or commercial purposes
If you are using Whatsential on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access Whatsential’s features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use Whatsential in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Use our platform to send spam, scam messages, or unauthorized marketing
Violate WhatsApp’s Business or Platform Policies
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
We reserve the right to remove content, block access, or suspend services at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
4. Subscription & Payments
Whatsential offers multiple subscription plans with different feature sets. By subscribing:
You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your plan
All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable
We may suspend or limit access if payments are overdue
Prices are subject to change with prior notice
For enterprise or custom agreements, separate contractual terms may apply.
5. WhatsApp Business API Compliance
As a WhatsApp automation service, Whatsential relies on Meta’s WhatsApp Business API. You agree to:
Follow Meta’s WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Business Policy
Obtain user consent before sending messages
Use approved message templates for outbound communication
Violation may result in API access termination or account deactivation.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Whatsential integrates with various third-party services such as CRMs, chatbots, and automation platforms. You are solely responsible for:
Connecting and managing these integrations
Understanding their respective privacy policies and terms
Data shared with or accessed by third parties
We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on Whatsential are the property of the Company or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
Use our trademarks or branding without permission
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
8. Data & Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using Whatsential, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
We implement appropriate security measures, but you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:
If you violate these Terms
If your actions put our systems or other users at risk
If required by law or regulatory authorities
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, but no refunds will be issued.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Whatsential is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service
That our services will meet all your expectations
That data will always be preserved or accessible
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whatsential shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business
Service interruptions or third-party issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Whatsential after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes.
